    At HomeZonePlus, we offer Free Shipping to Mainland UK*

    *However, if your address is classified as remote by our carriers (e.g. Isle of Wight, Scottish Highland & Islands, Grampian, Inverness) or is in Northern Ireland,  an additional postal charge may apply to your order after it has been placed.  

    Unfortunately we are not currently able to accept orders to BFPO or PO BOX addresses, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

    If we are not able able to fulfill your order for any reason, or if any additional surcharges are being added by our carriers for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible.

    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and weekends and Bank Holidays may affect processing times.

  • Returns

    We hope you love it, but if you need to make a return please contact us to arrange this. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition/packaging.

    For reasons of good hygiene we are not able to accept returns on toilet seats that have been removed from their hygiene cellophane wrapping (please ensure the seat is suitable before removing the wrapping).

    Return postage is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo of the issue.

Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement, usually without needing the original item back.
